Does type of Exhaust to Original Boost Power?
Hi,
I saw some recent topics about M4 type exhaust.. by which bike has extra power, sorry to be daft.. but does the exhaust type without any other modification to motorbike can boost the power? only way of power boost I was aware from the primitive bike experience was the extra boring of the Cylinder and using the oversize piston rings... (I had my bike come with REMUS TITANIUM END CAN what should I make out of it I dont know) |

It can do. But it also makes you run lean- too much air- without other work. Rejetting or remapping the bike and fitting a filter is needed to do it right.

I bought my Sv with a carbon can on. When I put the original back on the difference in performance was very noticeable.
The can I took off is for sale its not road legal though |
