Gizmo fitted! I found that connector that LOM posted photos of, but it's just for the brake light, so the gizmo only switches on when the brake light is on!

Plan b was to use the blue thingy and clip it to the yellow wire in the tail unit for the number plate light. There isn't much room under the seat in a street triple to do anything! I had to remove a number of panels to get access. That's ok though because I took the opportunity to tighten my luggage attaching loops, and I now know what to remove and where to unscrew things if I ever want to put a tail tidy on.

I had to replan where to locate the gizmo. What I thought was a nice space under the seat is where the seat goes - d'oh! However I just rerouted and put it in the space where my disc lock goes, my disc lock fits (just) where I originally wanted the gizmo to go.

I did enjoy tinkering and I'm happy with the result

i had a funny feeling about the connector terminals being different for the stripple

if you have a pick tool you can swap the cables/terminals on the connector over or if you pay the postage i will send another one out the correct way round.

It's ok mate, the blue thingy works ok on the number plate light. I will put a small blob of electrical grease on the connector as soon as I find where I put it.

A standard Gizmo has a single battery tail outlet to connect a single Gizmo only.

An uprated Gizmo has a double battery outlet to connect either another Gizmo (of lower rating), Trickle Charger or Live ACC socket.

The Gizmo for SV's or most Suzuki's has an inline connector (plug and play)

The universal Gizmo is for other manufacturers and has a 'tap in' connector.
