Windscreen Restoration
Hi all
I was wondering if anyone had some advice about restoring windscreens. Yesterday I stupidly sprayed petrol over the inside of the windshield and now it looks bloody awful. I know I've probably buggered the windscreen but would appreciate any advice on how I might be able to clean it up before I attempt to find and buy a replacement windscreen. Thanks all |

Nothing I know of that will sort that. I use a polishing paste call Xerapol to polish over marks but it's hard work. Don't know if that would help.

If it's perspex then try some liquid metal polish like Brasso and a soft cloth. Obviously try a small area first, and you might need to give it a good rub, but this is the way to remove light scratches.
