Just on a back to fitness program at the minute. I had a bad case of heat stroke about 6 months ago ( taken quite seriously in the army) been running about 4 miles in 30 minutes and going from there! Nice to see people with a interest in running/jogging

Nice to see this thread up and running again. Last year was a bit of a wash out only managed 278 miles. Hoping to do 1500 this year.have entered the might contain nuts Brecon ultra in December . What's every one else up to

Hi I average 20-30 miles a week depending on how much time I have spare! Anyone on here doing the great north run this year? I am doing it would be good to meet a few of you on the day.

I did my first organised 10km the other week ialong the Thames in Richmond! Was really pleased to have done it and get my first ever medal Doing another in September in Richmond park. Just working on trying to bring down my time of 54mins right now.
