Just as well it wasn't today. I've picked up my grandsons cold. It woke me up in the middle of the night and I'm now completely deaf in one ear and partially in the other. Blocked sinuses I think.

Speaking of problems I was planning on replacing some wiring and plug to my new rectifier today. I'm not happy that I'm getting a proper charge voltage at the moment. I certainly don't want to get stranded next week. I'll let you know how that goes.

Sorry to hear that John - mend soon.

I do hope the weather for your run is as good as it is today guys. Up in Shropshire again (third time in less than three weeks) as F-i-L's funeral is tomorrow. Of course the forecast is for drizzle...

Thanks ST. The weather today was rather nice, good for Gary's run. Hope it goes well tomorrow, as far as these things can.

Never did my run in the end as I injured my ribs yesterday. . Hope they heal this week.

Maybe I did something very bad in a past life to be getting all this crap now.

It was a really stupid little thing. I held a large plant spray in the crook of my elbow against my chest to undo the top which was tight. I squeezed it against my ribs too hard and had that familiar painful sensation of the rib and cartilage moving. Sigh.....

Not sure yet. Hopefully I can finish my fix on the bike tomorrow if the rain keeps away.

Should be. Unless weather turns nasty.

Still on, bit weather dependent. Don't mind if it's cold, but cold and rainy isn't much fun. Current forecast says rain but 5 days away it's just as accurate as using pine cones.

So covid restrictions permitting I'll be there.
