Strawberry Liquer......put in a shot glass, layer advocatt on top and you have a brilliant Rubarb & Custard. (Yes used to be a barman, still am but in pubs now).

Chemistry is just the same as cocktail making except the results in my line of work don't USUALLY end in explosions - well not untill some hours afterwards

I dont know, I once dropped a flaming Lamboguini on a solid slate bar top cuasing flaming liquid to slip 5 foot down the bar!!!!!
Lucky was only practice and no punters present
