Default Poor Running SV

Recently my K2 SV seems kind of jumpy while on a steady throttle. It sort of bobbles backwards and forwards like it's about to stall even though, i'm doing 40 at about 6000 rpm. Hard to describe the "shaky" nature, but i hope you understand what i am getting at. BTW thought i'd point out i have a fenda extender and it also happens in the dry too.

After about 30m minutes of riding it almost entirely stops. What could be causing this???
