Not too sure yet. My current job is quite varied, so I've picked up a few things along the way. Just waiting on the applications I've put in. It's been good though, I have stopped buying more gear!

There's a camera fair at Shrewsbury football ground this Sunday (Oct 3rd). I might pop along for a look.

In other news I've been offered my job back in Jessops which I've agreed to on a part time basis. I might regret this.

I'd love to work in a camera shop, shame the nearest one is Colchester (London Camera Exchange)

I'm surprised to hear that, I thought they were fairly common, but then I haven't really looked. This fair was originally based in Wolverhampton but moved to Shrewsbury as the new owner lives here.

I used to go to computer fairs a lot in the 1990's but they seem rare now.

I was aware of the Wolverhampton one, but it's a three odd hour drive from here. Would still be good to visit one.

The chap that owns it has a shop in Shrewsbury. This is his website.

I think they have an ebay store, that name rings a bell.

Spend a good couple of hours with a pencil, spirit level and ruler but after about 3 years finally put a set of frames up on the wall to put some pictures in. The lighting in our living room is a bit odd so I'll get a pic in daylight, but we have a 2 rows of 5 frames, 12x12" with mounts for 8x8" or 6x9". I had to be really careful with the measurements so they are all straight, and they are hung on strings so the drop from the top of the frame is different for each one as well.
