No excuses about it being too far away etc, also, no whimping out because of the weather
![]() Unless something crops up that's unplanned at the moment, I'll be there, no matter what the weather ![]() What time meeting at Bassets Pole? If I were you, I'd work out what time you want to set off from Bassets Pole, then arrange to meet half an hour or so before setting off time. |

Aye, but I aint booked accommodation for North South, and getting permission for an over night stay might be a little, erm, challenging. As things stand I'm winning at a 2-1, over night would put me 3-1, then there's the AR to think about.

I mgiht be able to make it. Doing London to Brighton cycle ride teh following day I think but if I'm about I'll be there.
Unless of course it's wet in which case I'll be by the side of the road somewhere trying to dry the front plug out. Though normally that happens to me on the way back from a meet. |

I'll be there
![]() Although is Bassett Pole central for everyone, i know its a fair old trek for me ![]() Would it not be better to meet in matlock then head out towards buxton then onto the A54 (awsome bike road), then onto the A536, then onto the A537 cat and fiddle road, stop for some food/drink about 1.30 - 1.45 ish, then do another route. Dont mean to threadjack. I will be there regardless of what the final decision is. ![]()
