Just driven my old Landrover for the first time since 'the break'. Bloody hell it's different to the auto Discovery! The pedals need so much more effort and the positions are way higher too so my poor ankle was having to work much harder. Aching a bit now but still smiling from listening to the V8 to Lowestoft and back. I haven't tried the bike yet. May do over the weekend if the weather isn't bad (need the practice for the Southwold run).

Cheers KJ. Got to get used to the idea of going back to work again soon. If the GP is happy I should be back on the 22nd. Just in time for all the lovely Christmas events at school, then two more weeks off!
I need to get my boots out of the garage and see if I can get them over my anke though, and get the Landy MOT'd ready for the snow and ice. |

I'm ok ta
 Has been a bit of an up and down year with work etc but apart from that things are pretty alright. I've not really been out on the bike much this year apart from using it for work a few times and a couple of short social rides. To be honest, I havent really felt like riding much  I've broken the gearbox on the KTM and still cant be bothered to strip it down even though I know it will only take about two hours to rebuild. The Triumph had a new fuel filter when it wasnt runnig properly (thanks rictus for the info) and I've been spending more time power kiting and mountain biking Just thought I'd drop by and say hello as I wondered how you guys were doing. |
