For poor old Elton what if... he'd only had a torch in the wind, there had been no yellow bricks, only tarmac, the arcade had replaced the pinball with air hockey, there were only happy songs, he was forced to sit, the baby had had hazel eyes, only women could have space ships, everyone decided to do yoga on Saturdays instead of being violent, the sun had set, and it turned out that 'Schadenfreude' seemed to be the hardest word.
