Guys I need your help and advice...
How do I commit murder in my office and get away with it? The woman is Ripping ma Knitting and everyone elses for that matter. Why won't she STFU?

Is she an early starter or a late arriver? That may affect when you move her desk into the car park.
Alternatively, you get a bag of marbles and everyone secretly takes a marble. Whoever draws the red marble tops her, everyone else is guilty of conspiracy so they can't say anything.
