Re: chain lub
When I got my bike the chain was rank and needed a serious clean. They say a soak in paraffin oil will do wonders but to get the chain off (without breaking it) involves a swing arm removal
I have used http://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/22977/ Found the cleaner to be excellent and the lube top notch. Use the cleaner with a stiff brush and watch the gunk fly off |

Re: chain lub
One of my hornet-riding mates recommended this s-doc white stuff from Hein Gericke. It is effing expensive but it is good stuff, and avoids all that gunky black crud you get with regular spray-on chain lube.

Re: chain lub
Scottoiler, fit it, fill it, forget it. At least for 1200 - 1500 miles.

Re: Which chain lube?
I'm going to give the Tutoro a try.
Mainly as every time I take the 'prilia out it rains

Re: Which chain lube?
I got my V system Scottoiler from another forum member for around £35 if I remember correctly. Works perfectly.
