Default Running Rough?

I'm running a K5 SV650s from new, seviced by myself. Recently it's been running a little rough and not idling when it's hot, sometimes cutting out at traffic lights.

I started it this afternoon and took it for 10 mile ride. It's fine all over the rev range except between 3000-4000 where it seems to misfire or something.

Any ideas what could be up with it before I start tearing into it? Fuel injection issue?

Cheers,

Mike

Could be TPS setup or that the throttle bodies need balancing...this needs doing when its serviced alongside the usual oil change and so on.
