The Blues
Is it just me, or are other people suffering from the 'The Blues' for no apparent reason?
I have absolutely no reason for feeling down, but I am..............and it's really stupid. Maybe I suffer from s.a.d, or maybe I'm just sad................but is anyone else feeling like this at the moment?

Lots of reasons to feel ****ed off.
It's Monday and the week still seems too long We didn't have a summer, it rained from April to August It's grey, wet and miserable Christmas is a long way off still Petrol's just gone up - again Just like everything else, mortgages, council tax, leccy You aren't getting a pay rise Seems you work hard and get jack **** back ...and some still think we have a fabulous country

I get like that alot, but I'm a grumpy b*stard at the best of times so I just put it down to that ( not saying you are Lissa )
I work with a guy who suffers from S.A.D. he's had one of those artifiical sunlight boxes installed and he says its made a big difference to how he feels.
