Decorated the boys room.

Scrapped what was left of the clutch cover gasket off and cleaned the emulsified oil off ready for reinstallation.

Although I couldn't get the plate off to wipe the oil filler window clean (killed x2 allen keys trying).

Been sorting out the fuel leak on my Aprilia today, common fault so I've been told. Not nice having fuel ****ing out near the hot exhaust

Built a summer house - yep prefect time of year.

Draft write up nearly done, should be uploaded in the next couple of days.

Replaced my Gladius license plate bulb.
I cannot believe just how convoluted it was, almost took as long as swapping out my clutch basket!

Remove seat.
Remove side panels (or as I did just pulled the x2 clips near the rear and left the panels on I've fitted crash bungs that i had to drill the side covers so I remove them only when absolutely necessary).
Remove back-box/pillion handles (x4).
Remove U shaped slip on cover.
Disconnect seat lock cable.
Disconnect indicator connector clips left & right, tail light connector & license plate bulb clips & feed the cables out of the ties etc.
Unscrew license plate (x2).
Unscrew under fender cover (x1).
Unbolt rear assembly (x4) and remove.
Unscrew both indicators (x2) and fish cables.
Unscrew bottom screws (x2) holding cover on (or in my case unscrew x1 & drill out the rusted one, then re-tap and hunt for a replacement screw).
Unbolt the license plate bulb assembly/reflector (x2).
Undo the screws holding the lens on (x2).
Unscrew the bulb, swear loudly before getting in the car to go to Halfords as you've picked up the wrong one yesterday then buy a pack of 207S 12v 5w (if this is the wrong bulb I'll hunt down that sales clerk), drive home & replace the bulb.

Then just do it all again backwards (barring driving to Halfords & drilling the screw) remembering to reroute the cables & clips as you go.

Simples.

Maybe time for a tail tidy!
