I could never go back to a standard Lead Acid battery.Had some bad tings happen with them over the years.Love AGM batteries.You could even mount them upside down and I don't think they would care

Only minor thing with Motobatts is making sure you tighten the poles as they use a little Allen key but no biggy just use a pair of pliers to hold the post and tighten with Allen key

Because of improvements in battery technology a 12a/h modern battery can be same size as a 9a/h one from a few years ago. I have never tried motobatt but I have never had a problem with Yuasa and they last a long time.

I picked up a Yuasa 12 off Amazon for £33. Just need to fit it.
