Question Fork Swap - GSXR - advise please

So folks another swap thred
i have GSXR 54mm forks
TL1000 wheel
Tokico 6 pot calipers
GSXR 55mm bottom yoke with bandit stem pressed in
Tl1000 top yoke

so for a start had to make a skim for the bottom yoke what a ball ache
done that and its happy
had a bandit stem pressed in to the bottom yoke (because they were going on my bandit)
so got a few queries
1 - Speedo drive - what the hell am i gonna do about this, the post to show what to do is no longer available
2 - bottom yoke - i still have the original gsxr stem, do i press that back in or what ?
3 - should i just get some different yokes to support what im trying to do ?
any help is massively appreciated

Using a K4 front end on my Sv, it's got GSXR top and bottom yokes, with standard stem.

Bottom bearing is same as Sv, top one you need to use the special sized top bearing. Can't remember the size off hand.

Speedo you need a Hall effect sensor and magnets glued into the disc rotor bobbins. Or run one off the back wheel.

Not sure if your front wheel is compatible with your front end?

Think Bibio says it should be a diamond spoke version.

Mines got the GSXR one.

SvRider forum has a lot of helpful advice

check all balls conversion chart, I've no doubt whatsoever that the bandit stem will fit the SV with the correct bearings.

TL wheel should also be fine, this thread is the oracle of info tbh: http://www.svrider.com/forum/showthread.php?t=135430

compare stem length to that of the SV, by the way. You wanna make sure it petrudes enough to clamp down and isn't too long at the same time!

Mines using K4 GSXR 750 top and bottom yokes. Needs the odd size top bearing for it to work on a curvy
