i'm no medical expert. but i think you have dislodged some ear wax further down into your ear. as said sodium bicarbonate ear drops should shift it.

Go have a bath, sumerge the head in water and shake to coax out the water in your ear. We all know water likes to stick to itself, so it might work?

Spidey, place a peanut in your deaf ear, then pour in some chocolate, it'll come out a treat

For the younger generation who don't know what i'm on about, it used to a sweet that us old farts used to eat years ago. You'll knom them as M&M's, but if i said it'll come out an M&M it wouldn't have the same comedy value.

Still on top form i see And i'm old enought to remember treats too.

But if i pour custard and jelly and force in some sponge in the other ear i might make me a trifle deaf and then at least i'd have some equilibrium.

place your hand over the ear to form as good a seal as you can, gently massage ina a pumping motion, try several times. also try lying with your head in a bath, ears covered, then bringing it out of the water. This might help.

Cheers

Tried the hand cupping thing mte - nothing.
Just had a shower and tried it under the running water too - nothing.

Also tried filling ear with as much water as possible by dripping it off my finger while head was tilted over - nothing.
So tried filing it again and then placing a bit of tissue in there with it in the hope that as it absorbs the water it will alos pull that oter water with it...relying on the properties of water tension now... and sitting here typing with a wad of tissue sticking out my ear
