See told you would enjoy it.

Share your thoughts about getting overtaken on the straights, but thats the SV for you, just get used to it.

I think half the fun is overtaking on the outside, I did it on Corams to a guy on a Speed Four I think.

Montreal is tricky and I had the same problem as you.

hehe yeah I think if I spend some time improving my cornering then the bigger bikes won't have a chance to catch me up on the straights because I'll be long gone. Carrying the speed out of the corners really makes a difference.

I did catch myself overtaking on the outside after lunch and then thinking 'it's just rained Ian and you're taking the wet line around people, are you mad!' haha.

Still buzzing! I'll post a couple of pics which I swear are from the early sessions.

Sadly there don't seem to be any of me from the later sessions where I was having to tuck my elbows in to avoid scraping the corners!

On my first session I found Nelson to be the trickiest corner to get right, just after Brundle under the bridge.

The 2nd track day was much better and got my knee down at Agostini more than once

Didn't do too bad in the Esses as it seemed to be called this week. But then I had the instructor show me the line plus there were cones out for the turn-in and apex! Although I guess one person's good is another guys bad! :P

haha well and truely! I'm already eyeing up Snetterton next month having seen it for about £80. Novices only.

Or we're looking at Bedford with one of the magazines however that's an eye boggling £160.
