Since I griped about K-Tech it is only fair that I praise Abbastands.

I recently bought the front lift arm but had an issue when I tried to use it because my original Abbastand's plastic "foot" had broken. This breakage did not affect the stand's normal operation but it stopped the bracket on the lift arm from sliding. I emailed Abbastand and asked them if I could buy another "foot", they replied by letting me know that they had put 2 in the mail for me, free of charge.
So, thanks to Abbastand.
