Both my Mrs & son had a jab.
.but I got overlooked.
Not this year though. Definitely going to set up a Callender alert.

If you get that residual blocked nose after the cold/flu has gone the salt water stuff you squirt up your nose really does work. A friend from Russia tells me that it's a standard cold treatment over there to snort salt water but that gets messy! So this is far more convenient! Unlike the little bottle of spray like Sinutab this doesn't just temporarily constrict the blood vessels which can just make the situation worse.

Just have a tissue ready or you get wet snotty feet!

Yep, or a combination of half a teaspoon of each: bicarb, salt & sugar.

You can flush the sinuses with a small syringe, instead of snorting it

I'm starting to melt my head trying to get the Main Route for this years GM exactly how I want it. I've looked at so many different route ideas its starting to nip my nut... The more I look the more options I give myself. Suppose there's plenty of time to get it prefected...

Lance my lover I may be annoying you again fairly soon.

Losing things! I hate misplacing stuff.

I can't find my sunglasses anywhere. I know I had them at work in early December and haven't seen them since. Turned the office and house upside looking. They are prescription Ray Bans so not cheap to replace and I only bought them in June. I do have another pair that I use for riding the bike but they have a habit of falling off my face when I'm not using them with my helmet. I need them for my holiday. Grrrrr.

Yes this is true.
Get a push bike
Low impact. You don't want joints like mine
