If the EC measured efficiency...
...of my local post office, it would be a G for certain.
I queued for 25 minutes today. Questions from the queue that preceded me (who also queued for 25 minutes!) were:
"Hello. Who do I complain to about service levels and queue times at Post office Counters?". The answer is here: Royal Mail Customer Services Freepost RM1 1AA http://www.postoffice.co.uk/portal/p...ediaId=3100051 Note to self: I'm sure this is neither the first nor the last time I will mention this. |

Isn't it part of english / british citizenship to find a que and que for no good reason????
A man can be measured by how many ques he has stood in! ... I remember the great que of 1993, ooo they don't make em like that anymore! |
