Wanted: Naked SV650 Essex/Suffolk area

Preferably a pointy but curveys considered.

Around the £1,000 to £1,500 mark.

Are nakeds really this hard to find?

Yes, I only tend to see faired SV's around

There were some naked Pointies in Ipswich a few months ago on Gumtree, but none lately

I think I'll probably have to grasp the nettle and nakedise an S in the end.

Or travel a bit further to get one. I picked up an S using a trailer, saves having to ride it back. There's a place out Bury St Edmunds that hires out motorcycle trailers.

Any specific reason you want a naked, is it just the look?

There were 2 naked ones at a motorcycle dealers at Framlingham, one was in mint condition. I went to look for one for another Orger. It was a bit pricey, but I'd not seen a better example.

For a dealer he seems like a nice bloke, its only a small business, not the big dealer ****s

That's a nice one! Wickham Market is well within my range.

I was looking at a naked to do a mild cafe racer blow over. It seems that the experience of the forum falls heavily on the side of starting with a naked rather than trying to strip off a fairing.
