Default New brake lines?

Bike flew through the MOT today but as its now 7 years old i wonder if I should replace the brake lines for braided ones now. To be honest I fancy a tinkering session as well and the cpracing lines on Ebay have had some good feedback on here.

I still have stock pads and discs and fitted some HEL lines and the difference is night and day! Braided lines come 110% recommended!

Just what I wanted to hear! Front and back done or just front? In what way did they improve it, is it just the feel or the braking force? The mot guy said my brakes were surprisingly strong but I can feel the lines swell when hiding them and applying the front

Race so two lines in the front one each direct to each caliper

When's the last time you overhauled your brake calipers ?

Now would be a good time to do them whilst you change the the brake lines,

If not full overhaul at least a good inspection of the pistons and good scrub of the calipers with them off the bike

Great

Take a look at Cobra brake lines, they use same parts and machinery to make them as HEL. They are basically HEL with cobra logo

Yeah they were the ones I was thinking of getting, the Venhill ones have nice rounded banjo bolts though but I Cound imagine the Allen head rounding out
