Remember that you're fixing stuff inside by not smoking. It's kind of like DIY...

Thankfully it is the weekend and I feel a bit more relaxed than our man Bibs. Have you tried some stretching and balance exercises to take your mind off it? When I feel hacked off at work I find a few lunges and squats are quite relaxing (luckily the place is usually half empty and I can find a quiet corner most of the time with nobody looking on).

I find that a very large (at least quadruple measure) of a good Islay malt or Talisker relieves any stress

It's a pity I can't afford Ardbeg these days.

Nicotine tablets probably will take the edge off it. Worked for me

Quality is certainly worth paying for. Ardbeg currently on offer at Tesco for £37, which is a pretty good price. Normally, its £40+

Got so bored at work today, I came home and sorted my Racco box of Allen bolts and various nuts into their correct sizes as they got jumbled up ages ago.

Thanks Yoko. I was just sent a voucher for £6 off a £40 shop at Tesco so that makes it even more reasonable. I will definitely get a bottle.

Morning all. Early start for me; have to go and collect the rest of my PA system from the place where we played a wedding twmpath last night.

In case anybody was wondering if Garry's predictive text had gone bonkers...

Twmpath. Twmpath (Welsh pronunciation: [ˈtʊmpaθ]) is a Welsh word literally meaning a hump or tump, once applied to the mound or village green upon which the musicians sat and played for the community to dance.

Thanks Wikipedia

Hope it was a goodun Gaz.
