They're bound not to be jetted/sprung/needled right. NTV650 might be nearer (Deauville is officially NT650V).
It's the only engine I've come across where the front and rear cylinders have different springs and needles in the carbs, presumably because of the rather odd firing intervals and the airbox effects. I'd hunt down some Deauville ones if you really need them. Watch for split diaphragms.
