TRE timing retard eliminator
Stumbled across these things a while back and was wondering if anyone actually put them on the bike and does it work? Is it worth it? Hmmmm

Re: TRE timing retard eliminator
There has been a few threads about it and in general the consensus has been not really for the price, the TPS adjustments are more noticeable and free...
Although I say this as someone who is about to pay a sizeable sum to knock a chunk of weight off of a flywheel assembly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

For what it's worth I made the dealer tool out of a paper clip and insulated it with duc tape as I couldn't push the wire in the holes? |

Re: TRE timing retard eliminator
TRE and TPS are two different things.
TRE is a pointless waste of time as you won't notice any difference. Besides the TRE mod is effectively just cutting a wire. TPS adjustment is free and takes 20 minutes and makes a difference worth having. |
