bike sure insurance

any one with them been with them etc etc

its that horrible time of year where the insurance is due for renewal and they are coming up at the best price, but i dont like adrian flux who they are with

so would like some reviews ie any one had any probs claiminf customer service etc etc

Only just joined with them. Adrian Flux used to give poo quotes for the car, but were far cheapest for bike. Call centre was much better than sodding Direct Line where every time i call I end up writing on my notepad "He sounds like a thickie".

Not done anything else with them yet touch wood.

I have used BikeSure also for my new Gixer.. seems an alright bunch although I must confess, I haven't received a smidge of paperwork yet. I'm hoping that should be the case....

cheers guys im just not happy that its flux doing the insurance due to problems i have read about them in the past, but the price it too good to not go with them tbh

They've done ok with paper work for me, sending it all out, and then I got a voucher from Alimax, posted them that (25 quid off bikesure policy) and they sorted it and notified my pretty sharpish. It varies from person to person though :/
