I haven't been on here for AAAAGGGGES!

Hope you're all doing well.

Just wanted to post a quickie. I've just rang Knox (Cumbria) as I have the Aero back pac bag, which I have used every day since getting rid of the SV.

I completed the 3 peaks 24 hour challenge not so long back, and took the Knox bag with me all the way!! it was a god send.
Unfortunately, I lost the main clip that goes on the front of the bag, and I know it's on the top of Ben Nevis - somewhere??? never to be seen again, I did have a rummage for it at the time, but it got rather cold rather quickly up there.
So, I rang Knox this morning, and spoke to a lovely lady, who is sending me a replacement clip in the post- free of charge.

Total customer service 11/10 - Excellent !!

Yay!! 'ello mate - how are ya?

Knox are great, and their Aero back-pack is too. Used mine daily for 3.5 years and it's still like new.

Okay, it's not the biggest pack in the world but for less that £30 its top value.

Same goes for the Jabba fella, he's got a bit elusive too!
