A month ago, I paid a small fortune for a new combi-boiler, today it is a tad chilly out. Not in my house, I cannot touch the radiators.. Cozy.

If it is a condensing boiler they are far more efficient at lower flow temperatures ( like 40 deg C underfloor heating ) - if return temp of water going back to boiler is much over 50 degC they do not condense, and lose the extra efficiency. As I have replaced our radiators I have fitted doubles in place of singles to get the same heat output at lower temperature. Seems that combi boilers do not condense when heating hot water anyway.

I've put my first items up for sale on eBay and two have sold already. In a couple of days I may well be griping about my buyers but we'll see.
