If I ever start commuting again I will have to try driving like that. Don't get too many groups of happy dancing people in brightly coloured clothing on the outskirts of Oxford but one of these days you never know...

I find giving a commentary is soothing . It does make you a bit unhinged if you drive a lot and then go back to normality and carry on “spouse has left pan on hob handle out, hazard clocked will adjust position on return from fridge “
But it definitely stops me from getting angry . I was taught to do it for the purposes of justifying your actions to an examiner ... but it kind of stuck .
