Mallory, 21st November. first track day?
Me and some of my friends who are all track day virgins are looking at popping our cherry's on this one. Its only £49, and we dont expect it to fill up too quick so we can wait until we can see what the weathers like before booking. hopefully.
I know there's plenty of veterans on here, so does anyone have a bit of advice, thoughts or **** taking on the subject? Would just like to know what to expect, what to do and how to ride! I know i can rely on my fellow orger's |

Re: Mallory, 21st November. first track day?
Pete did a track day at Mallory, and the one thing he found is that it was a fairly easy track to learn quite quickly. That's saying something with his terrible memory!
If we're free that day we may well bimble along to point and laugh!

Liam we're going on the 28th (se thread) if you fancy switching but make sure your bikes are in tip top condition, brakes, chain etc. Bring food for through out the day as it's knackering. Try not to race or there's a good chance you'll come off.

Yeah, could wait a week instead. It depends when my mates are free. I'll let you know.
I wont be racing any of my friends, so far the guys that have said they will go are on an r6 and a zx636r. bit much for the SV i think. Looking forward to it though |

Re: Mallory, 21st November. first track day?
There was a thread about hints & tips in the Track Days section.
The main one was enjoy yourself!
