Default What was that TV show?

Was talking to my mate at work about it and neither of us could remember the name of the show.

What happens is a contestant goes "on the run" and has to be caught by the show's bounty hunter. During the week, the hunted has certain tasks to perform which makes it easier for them to be caught.

At the week's end they have to call in the show from a public phone box and hope they don't get nabbed during the hour.

Driving us both mad and no-one at work can help!

Cheers!

Steve

I've never seen that show but from your discription it sounds awesome!! Although, I have expectations of it being like Running Man so will prob be disappointed when this bit torrent finishes...

Wow, that brings back memories. Used to enjoy watching Wanted back in the late-90s (while we're on the nostalgia trail, reminds me of another Channel 4 show that ran at the same time, Last Chance Lottery - used to be good to watch, however it did have a downside in that it left Patrick Kielty on our screens afterwards).

Pity Wanted got axed after only two short series though... was quite innovative for its time.

I think I kinda remember it. It was alright.

Now what was that Channel 4 show where they dumped 2(?) pairs of people in a foreign country, they had to work out where they were and get back to Britain?
