Evening all. Hope everyone has survived the season of debt creation and over consumption!
I had my Christmas with my girls on Christmas eve as this year they were at their mother's on Christmas day. This has completely boggled my sense of what day of the week it is even more than my normal, perpetual state of confusion! Hopefully in another few days as things go back to some semblance of normality (whatever the hell that is these days), the fog will lift.

Back home now after utter chaos on the M25. So much congestion, one very bad looking accident (on the other side) and an hour longer than usual on the journey time.
We had a lovely time at The Monkey's house in Essex but I'm now ready for a few days rest in order to recover.

We got back from step-daughter's on Saturday after being very well fed for 3 days. Called in to my son and DIL on the way home and gave grandson his Christmas presents, a very happy afternoon. Yesterday was my turn to cook for my stepson, his partner and our granddaughter. More presents! A great day as the little one was on good form.
Need a rest now! (what day is it?)
