Gsxr rear shock bolt - where from?
I am planning on fitting a gsrx 1000 k5 rear shock to my k9 pointy but cannot find the gsxr bolt in need to replace the bottom one from my shock. Anyone know where I can buy one. Any advise on other parts I might need.

Re: Gsxr rear shock bolt
because the sv one is to short as the bolt on the sv bolts in to the shock and does not have a nut on the end

Re: Gsxr rear shock bolt
so it does, mines not like that, but the gsxr shock bottoms will be thicker so you will most likely need the other bolt

Re: Gsxr rear shock bolt
I have not seen an SV shock with a nut, they are threaded. Maybe new ones are different.

Re: Gsxr rear shock bolt
Just looked in haynes manual and it is as you say will have to look at bike. This scares me by the minute i don't have much luck when i comes to doing things myself.
