'Chicken Strips' rideout Sun 10th June
Hi all,
As there seems to be quite alot of new riders on the forum I thought about organising a rideout for the noobs, hence the name! I thought we could do Ride No21 from the 50 top rides which starts and finishes in Ripon. Its 70 miles so not too long and is quite an easy route, it's popular as well as far as I know. This rideout is mainly for inexperienced riders, such as myself, who just want to have a bimble around some nice roads and scenery. There will be NO knee scraping allowed Anyways if you are interested then let me know and lets see if I can put something together. I say we meet up at about 11am at a point to be determined, but it would be nr Ripon, and allow ourselves 3 hours for the trip. Thanks Gordon PS Somewhere on the forum, I did a quick search but couldn't find it, is a link to download the '50 best' booklet. If someone has it and could post it here I would appreciate it. |

ps. Thats a Fantabulas route, one of my favorites. Wish I could be there but it's a little too close to the North V South Ride out, as fuel money is scarce.

I'll be up for that if you don't mind a non SV rider coming along. It's still a twin though.

Similar but a bit redder and with less wheels!
Not sure if I can make the rideout now as I'm working away next week when my chain and sprockets are due in. Depends if I can fit them on a Saturday or on Friday after work. |
