I'm back.....and on a reduced drug cocktail, so i should make a moderate amount of sense.

Knee is fixed and all apparently went well. I have some nice "inside knee" photos and im sure i'll bring them along to a meet when im up for it. I get the surgical staples out in a week, so i wont be around for it least 2 weeks.

So Nick...you cant be for real about selling your bike....just get a ****ter of a car, or commute on the bike. I assume your g/f has a car....just get up before her and take that!

My friend isn't Charlotte Church but she is Welsh and from Cardiff.
