OK, so startin to think about what we gona do for food, especially on the Friday night.
People will be arriving at various times & will have to put up tents etc. so time will be relativly short, remember its getting dark by 8pm
Wellington is 5 miles away, do we want to get disposable bbq & throw assorted dead animal on it?
We could ride into Wellington & get fed in a pub, but that means only small drinkies becasue of riding back.
Could each get (a small amount) beer en-route to bring to the site & then order take-away when everyone arrives.
What time is everyone thinking of making it to site,

A BBQ would probably be a bit of a faff on the first night. I am quite partial to the odd beer or too, so small drinkies would be rubbish lol. Takeaways are ace too!

Dan, all quite true, I'm easy () and will go with the flow.
However if you is wanting beer Friday we have to do a beer run anyway or everyone has to collect something on the way in from waitrose/sommerfields or whatever & bring it wiv em.
We could cook at camp, do something easy like chili ?? the beer and sit tight until the run in the morning.

I'll bring bungie ropes and can do the magical Gixxer beer float, I've strapped more than one crate to that bike before
