Sort of......just weighing up my options at the moment. It's in need of a major service (as of 2000 miles ago ) and the rear shock has just decided to poo itself, and the red paint is fading (to a rather fetching shade of pink ) so it would benefit from a respray. I'm just working out if it'll be more economical to sell the Ace as is and make up the difference with the money I would spend on it (shock £300, service £400ish, paintjob £500ish) to get my hands on an early R1........which is the bike I've been working myself up to for the past 3 years.

I see a theme here with me..........buy a bike, spend a wedge on it, sell, repeat.

Shock rebuild from K-Tech - £100
T-cut ~£5
Service: Some time and effort, and a little cash.

If you don't like money I can take it off your hands?

Jambo

Ah Jambo you really are a kind hearted soul.

But i worry that you burden yourself with too much sometimes so i'll take any money he's giving away. Just to do you a favour like, not that i want or need money, oh no.

What's that? Free money? I've got a tree out the back or if I bend over far enough.....

No not the bus! Oh OK then. I have a lovely SV if you want it? Good price, good bike, one careful owner.
