Default sv1000sk3 rev counter froze

Hi any ideas. Riding back on motorway. My rev counter and speedo froze and main fuse blew. Swapped main fuse got me home but rev counter sluck once then went back to normal. Still scratching my head. Anyone had similar? Thanks

Was the speedo still working after the repair?
