That sounds like a plan. Race em, race em! Bring on the Lambo's.

We had an orange Aventador follow us right up to the A3, he simply wasn't fast enough to over take

I wondered why they were all out! My two thoughts were a) where are all these rich people coming from? and b) why are they driving their half million pound supercars about during Laurie's monsoon?

Ahh, that would explain it then.

There were some really nice machines out.

He was behind me for ages. The roads were far too twisty for him to overtake.

Mind you. He had opportunities to overtake later on on bits of dual carriageway and didn't. He was just cruising and probably thinking about all the dead bugs accumulating on his bonnet.

Last time I rode anywhere near your neck of the woods it was chucking out time from an American car event. Lots of stupid looking hotrods everywhere, none of them with any visible mirrors. Two of them changed lanes on me without looking AT ALL and hurled abuse at me when I made them aware of my presence. I tend to avoid the area at weekends now...

All the supercars we saw were being sensible. But then it was raining.

That's because the sort of people who take their cars to shows values them more than our lives.
