Not good Gary, especially after all that work you put in to the veg plot.

Wishing you and the girls well.

Just what is the fecking point.
now that is worth a gripe. i hope things get better soon.

its the same all over due to landlords needing to cash in to stay afloat add to that small town and rural properties are in trend at the moment so demanding higher prices.

Thank you all for the words of support and advice. I can't tell you how much it has meant to me and I am genuinely very moved by it.

Tenancy is an assured shorthold tenancy Dave. Having spoken with Shelter Cymru a couple of days ago the landlords are fully legally compliant in their action.

I'm busy gathering information about various responsibilities over letting, improvements to housing, and decisions over who to award tendancies to.

My head is like mush and I feel permanently sick with anxiety just now.

It's a bit wet out there today, and a touch blustery.
Stay safe folks.

We had a very light shower at 8am ish but then intermittent sunshine, breeze is gentle. Our weather (in the middle of the UK) goes downhill tomorrow apparently.

The rain currently is south of a line between the Wash and Anglesey

but stay safe, anyway

I don't have any words for the **** sandwich you've been given.

If I win the lottery tomorrow, I'll buy you a house

Cheers Mav, could you make it this one I'm in already?

Seem to have developed a permanent cold, sick feeling in my stomach at the thought of having to leave.
