Default Anti Fog Visor - Breath Guard or Visor insert

What do you prefer to prevent your visor misting when you stop at traffic lights etc.

erh I've got both, but I found the Foggy Respro mask really good in the situation you describe as it directs breath away from the visor so you dont fog it up.

I've got both, but find the breath guard on my FG-14 is rather large and makes me feel a little claustrophobic/visually distracted with it in.

I use Holts anti fog spray- seems to do a reasonable job when applied properly...

Neither.

Bit of washing up liquid.

Pinlock doesn't seem to work on my Arai.

Visor insert all the way, but a quality Hyper-Optiks one, not the cheap crap off ebay that doesn't work.

It does when your travelling at a slow pace like you say, but on the motorway when its freezing cold you eyes water so you have to have it closed.

Then it mists up.

Hence why i use WUL. Cheap and does the job good
