Default Haynes Manual

Hi All,

Just wanted to double check....other than colour there are no differences between K5 and K6 SV650, is that right???

My Haynes manual covers 02-05 so just wanted to double check.

Ta x

As far as I'm aware the K6 was identical to the K5 in every way that mattered. The K7 or K8 got a lambda exhaust sensor and a twin spark plug head, but I doubt that even they are different enough that you couldn't work it out from the old manual.

All the important stuff should be the same

Haynes manual is more than enough, the basic SV hasn't changed much since 1999.
