Default Arai visors

At last i think i've cracked the fitting and removal of arai visors, well mine on my chaser anyway.
God they are bloody awkward, could have been designed a bit easier imo, albeit now i know how to do it, its easier.
Also, the yound lady who fitted my pinlock in the shop when i bought it put it in backwards (wondered why i had rain on the inside of the pinlock and i couldnt wipe the visor) and i didnt realise she had left the protective film on, i have been moaning about the horrible green tint to the pinlock and how distracting it was, now i know why, doh!
So fitted my new tinted visor now with clear pinlock, im happy again.

I don't get on with the Arai visor system either. There are some videos on the whyarai site which help, but I got most benefit from taking the sidepods off and seeing how the visor actually attached.

Still find it awkward and difficult, but not the complete chore it used to be.

I have just done it about 20 times under 10 secs each time without incident, the use of the supplied light oil makes a huge difference, i couldnt do it until i put that on.

I had problems to start with but just watched the online video and practice a little and I
now have no problems.

You are joking!

I know I did that myself (left the film on) first time on my Shoei - but working in a shop!
