Anybody used/use Danmoto rear sets?
Thinking of treating myself for my upcoming birthday and these seem a good product being pleasing on the eye and economically priced at about £100 delivered.
I've got a Danmoto exhaust which I'm more than happy with so I'd anticipate these being a good buy but the one thing I'd like to check on before purchasing them is that the bumf on their website states that there is no brake return spring or any option to fit one. It goes on to state that you don't really need one and all will be fine without. So should this be the case and/or is this the case with other rear sets? Anyone use them have an opinion on them? Yep, they're good. The best thing I can say about them is I have't had to worry about them since fitting. You can also buy a brake light switch and fit easily enough (unless you are on of the exponents of "I never use the back brake anyway" )

Good to get an early positive. About the brake switch, it says on the website that you can use the one already on the SV with these you just refit it. |

Yep, correct for pointy (don't know about curvy) but I got a new one anyway as I needed to mod it a little. but its not a big deal either way.

Re: Anybody used/use Danmoto rear sets?
you`ll need the rear brake switch for an mot surely?
I use a brake switch that uses brake fluid pressure, not the standard type as my rear sets have no provision for a switch. |

Re: Anybody used/use Danmoto rear sets?
It's the return spring. I think it's something to do with the pedal returning to its original position but I'm not positive about that hence the question. In there bumf on the website that the brake cylinder on the SV had a return spring built in that is sufficient for the job.

Great rear sets. Only major thing is make sure you lock tight them in place. The bolts have a tendency of coming loose. Apart from that these are really worth the price.
