Losing local DVLA offices

Personally I think the local offices are useful - if you need to actually talk to a person, the website is no use at all

Have you ever tried to get a proper answer from the DVLA on the phone, every time we talk to them the advice proves to be useless, the local office is so helpful, I went down yesterday because out trade plate reapplication had got lost in the post, they were really good sorted it straight away. The phone or internet cannot give the advice and answer that the local office can.

I totally agree you cannot beet person to person especially if you want a straight answer.
