Numb Nuts!!

Hi all, had a ride out to Wales today. Or i got to Ruthin before having a big problem with my riding. Pulled over at a cafe to get a brew, however, you could only sit outside so we desided to press on to the next cafe. I put my helmet and essential thermal wear back on and quickly set off. I the realised i had left my glasses on the bloody floor in the parking spot. No longer than 30sec later i returned to find a bloody car just crushing them!!!!

£180 glasses gone and me stuck in Wales with a long ride back to Bolton with ****e vision.

Wales is crazy. I went to Wales today. Some nutter left his glasses on the road. Drove right over them. My car tyres are ruined. Must have been expensive glass!! (Sorry - Couldn't resist. Poor chap, nothing worse than losing your specs done it myself. Scary ride home...)

There could be a lesson in that some where, dunno what it would be but i would certainly take heed!!

Hahaha, the ride home wasn't as bad as i thought, just took it nice and easy, it was the wind that was the main problem.

We got worried with Pete a bit. I though Mark dropped the bike or something. Glad you made it home OK. We had a fab ride around Bala and North Wales. There was some snow but mostly dry and sunny (but cold). Lovely roads there, we have to go again in the summer and have a blast (with glasses this time). I am sure Pete told you but we got drenched on the way home.
