Re: Reliable Ebay lever seller
Titanium levers with blue adjusters standard length for a (vstrom 650 as they fit sv650 2010 onwards with the clutch nib) but I received titanium with black adjusters for preparing 2010 sv650.
To add to the annoyance the2wheels are being really awkward about correcting their error by claiming I didn't reply to a message asking if I wanted black adjusters when I clearly ordered blue. |

Re: Reliable Ebay lever seller
Yeah in fairness I did nearly order the wrong type but I messaged them to change my order immediately which they amended. Some of the messages I'm getting are hard to understand due to a bit of a language barrier.
I might just bite the bullet, reorder and sell these on. |

Re: Reliable Ebay lever seller
If you bought them through eBay, you CAN send them back. Order your new ones and send back the old ones. The eBay buyer protection is fabulous for buyers, but a total nightmare for sellers.

Re: Reliable Ebay lever seller
Don't make the mistake of making their problem your problem. If telling the customer you want to send the item back doesn't get the right response, simply open a case with eBay. Don't delay.
Trust me I know eBay, I've been a member since 2001. |
